Purim is coming, and we’re thrilled to invite you to join us on Sunday, March 9, at Chabad of Rancho Mirage for an interactive celebration where Purim’s story and traditions come to life in a Minecraft-inspired world!
This event will immerse children in a thrilling Purim experience, combining the excitement of Minecraft with the powerful themes of the holiday. They’ll embark on an adventure filled with hands-on activities, creative challenges, and meaningful lessons:
➢ Mask of the Miner: Kids will step into the role of their favorite Minecraft Purim character and design their own unique Purim mask.
➢ Minecraft Mission Zone: A dynamic area featuring engaging stations where children will also learn the importance of Mishloach Manot and Matanot L’evyonim.
➢ Shushan Kingdom Quest: A problem-solving adventure where children decode riddles and unveil secrets of the Purim story.
➢ Purim Minecraft Set: Every child will receive a special take-home gift to continue the fun beyond the event!
Purim is a celebration of courage, joy, and unity. Haman’s plan to destroy the Jewish people was rooted in division, but the bravery of Queen Esther and the united prayers of the Jewish community turned the tide.
